Derrick T. DortchMr. Dortch is the President of The Diversa Group, a consulting firm focused on career counseling and development, entrepreneurship, leadership and organizational consulting, training and development. He is a career counselor who specializes in government job searching and military transition. Mr. Dortch is the Government Careers Expert for The Washington Post and hosts a monthly show on the government job search, security clearances, and military transition. He is also the host of "Fed Access with Derrick T. Dortch" a weekly radio show on Federal News Radio AM 1050 focused on providing people access into the federal government and helping them succeed. Mr. Dortch formerly worked at Georgetown University as Assistant Director at the Career Center where he assisted students and alumni win federal jobs and is a former United States Marine.
